Let's keep it simple.
1. No spamming -- Do not advertise on this forum unless one of the administrators give you permission. Send a message to any of us, or email me at
rvance@rvances.com. Odds are I will NOT give you permission to advertise unless you're a buddy of mine so if we've never spoken before, don't bother asking.
2. No trolling -- Wiki defines Internet Trolling as:

a troll is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
This is an accurate enough definition for me. Don't do it, or you will be banned.
3. No double-posting (use the "edit" button) -- No one likes seeing multiple posts by the same user without any other posts in between. If you forgot to say something in your original post, use the "edit" button rather than creating a new reply.
4. No abusing the smilies -- This one isn't really a rule
per se, it just annoys me when people use lines of smilies.
